Terms and Conditions

1. All orders are F.O.B. San Dimas, California.



2. Prices are subject to change without notice.



3. Minimum order: $100.00. Orders below minimum: $5.00 charge (this fee does not apply to drop shippers).



4. All first orders must be prepaid, or be on a credit card (Visa, M.C., Amex, or Discover) unless previously arranged otherwise. Net 30 open accounts are available to businesses listed with Dun & Bradstreet (credit reporting agency) or by applying to our credit department. Application must be filled out. We'll consider net 30 applications after we've done business with you for some time. We don't ship COD.



5. California located businesses will be charged sales tax until a signed resale card is on file. For more information, please read this article about how and when we will charge sales tax.
   



6. Damages: Please inspect your merchandise carefully before discarding the box and packing materials. You'll need to save it for Fedex to inspect. Fedex insurance is void otherwise. Please call us immediately to file damage claims with Fedex. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within a week of receiving shipment.. We only have a limited time to file a claim. If you do not report it within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, we cannot file a claim. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging. No exceptions.
   
   
7. Returns and Exchanges: Within 30 days from the date of the invoice, contact customer service via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Describe why you would like to return the item(s) and whether you would like to exchange it. Once we receive the item(s) back in our warehouse and inspect it, we will refund your monies for the merchandise if it is in resellable condition. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of wear or shelf damage. We recommend insuring your return package since we are not liable to complete the refund or exchange unless the merchandise is in its original, resellable condition. No exchanges or returns after 30 days from the date of invoice.
   
   
8. Drop Shipments: Drop Shipments will carry a $3.00 to $8.00 drop shipping fee per address depending on the size of the item. Please note that drop shippers don't get charged the $5.00 fee for orders below minimum order. Freight charges are additional.

10. Declined credit card transactions - if your credit card is declined, we will send you an email notification on the day of the decline requesting updated information. On the next business day, we will send you another notification. On the third business day, if we have not heard back from you, we will attempt to process your card again. If the card declines again, we will cancel your order. Please enter a new order if you are still interested in this purchase.
    

PLEASE NOTE: Our reproductions are all hand finished and there may be slight variations.

• Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
• Change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
• Refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If a credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued.
• Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
